What is spam mail?
It is unsolicited e-mail or newsgroup posting usually advertising some product or service. Our policies strictly forbid spamming. Anyone reported spamming will be immediately removed from our server without a refund! A word of advice… it is proven to be one of the most ineffective ways to advertise. Please don't spam!

Can I get more pop3 accounts then my plan comes with?
How much are extra pop3 accounts? Yes, you can sign up for them in the extra services part of the hosting registration form. Extra "smart" pop3 accounts are $1 each per month and are sold in blocks of 5. There is no set up fee.

What are email aliases?
An email alias refers to redirecting multiple email addresses to one of your POP3 accounts. This means for example, that sales@yourname.com and info@yourname.com can both be viewed at main@yourname.com It allows you to offer many different email addresses yet maintain incoming mail with a single account, which in many cases is very convenient.

What is email forwarding?
E-mail forwarding refers to truly forwarding your email to another existing POP3 e-mail account outside of your domain. This means, for example that sales@yourname.com may be forwarded to Joe@yahoo.com info@yourname.com can both be viewed at.

What is a pop3 account? Can I check my mail with?
A pop3 account is a "real" email account. It is one where mail will sit until you download/read it and decide to file it, delete it, or whatever. After downloading, it exists only on your computer.

What programs can I use to access my e-mail like Netscape Mail, MS Outlook, Eudora or pine?
You can read email at your POP3 account with us using any standard email software such as Netscape Mail, MS Outlook, or Eudora. All you have to do is configure the software to download incoming mail from yourdomain.com and to use your username and password that you use for FTP.

What are e-mail autoresponders?
An autoresponder will send a standard pre-written response e-mail message (based on a text file you specify) to anyone who sends an e-mail to a specific e-mail address (which you specify) at your domain. Whether you are responding to the same type of e-mail on a daily basis or you would just like to add an automatic response to e-mails sent to a specific domain address, you can accomplish such a task using the "autoresponder".
